Our EcoStudio Garden Rooms are designed to fall under 'Permitted Development' meaning in most cases, planning permission is not required. There are certain instances where planning will be required for example, if you plan to use your Garden Building as a Garden Annex and sleeping accommodation then planning permission will be required. If this is the case, our team can help with the whole process.

Yes, our EcoStudio Garden Rooms fully insulated including the floor, walls and roof using a combination of multifoil insulation and non-itch meaning you will be able to use your Garden Studio whatever the weather, 365 days per year.

All our Garden Rooms, Garden Buildings, Garden Bars, Garden Offices, Garden Gyms are fitted with an EDPM rubber roof system which is a single piece membrane designed to be 100% leak proof when fitted and fully sealed by our team giving you piece of mind that your investment will last for years to come. Our EPDM roofs come with a 30 year guarantee.

We can supply & install a treated, fully insulated timber base sat on professional ground screw foundations with a life expectancy of around 100 years. You can also opt to arrange your own concrete pad for your Garden Building if you prefer.

Yes. We can design an electrical package to suit your exact needs including lighting, power sockets and internet / WIFI. Our team will ensure your Garden Room is equipped with everything you need to be able to carry out your activities, whatever they may be.

The possibilities that come with having a premium, fully insulated Garden Room are virtually endless, no less than a room in your home. Popular uses include Garden Bars, Garden Gyms, Garden Pubs, Garden Offices, Summer Rooms & Home Cinemas & Man Caves to name a few. Some of our customers also opt to use their Garden Studio to run their business ranging from Home Salons & Barbers to IT businesses.

We use a cladding called 'Eco Clad' for the exterior of our EcoStudio Garden rooms which has a resin outer layer giving it an extremely durable coating which is completely rot free. In addition, our cladding can be painted in any colour that suits your taste providing unlimited colour customization. The interior cladding we use for our Garden Studios is a moisture resistant MDF grooves board, again giving the same durability as the exterior and painted white for a bright and spacious feel.

Our EcoStudios are manufactured in our workshop located in Dronfield and installed throughout the UK meaning we provide a nationwide service.

The installation time depends on the size; however - in most cases our Eco Studios are fully installed within 5 working days.

As we assemble the elements of your Garden Office on site - our team can usually work with the access you have, for example via a side gate. If you are concerned about your access, please send an image of the access you have to your design specialists. It may be that we need to manufacture a little more than normal on site if the access is heavily restricted.

A 25% deposit secures your agreed installation date of your Garden Building and the manufacturing of your EcoStudio begins. 50% is then payable when the installation team arrive on site / at your home. The final 25% to be on completion of the EcoStudio, prior to the team leaving site.

Yes, we offer 10 years guarantee on the workmanship of our EcoStudio Garden Rooms. We also have individual manufactures guarantee on materials, such as 35 years on the SPC lux flooring, 25 years on the Eco Clad, 30 years on the EDPM rubber roof.

We are members of the Guild of Master Craftsman, owed to our quality and service. It is to certify that we have a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer care, product quality and presentation and that the management and the staff within our establishment demonstrate dedication to both quality and service.

As we manufacture these in house, we can manufacture any size and the specification is also your choice. Our design specialist would love to work with you to create your own bespoke EcoStudio Garden Room.

Yes – we install professional galvanized steel ground screws, prior to brackets and your base – so the EcoStudio is not in direct contact with the ground.

Yes, if you plan to use the EcoStudio for something that requires building regulations such as an annex, this is of course something we can do for you.

We have demo EcoStudios within our manufacturing unit, just outside Sheffield - which can be viewed by appointment. We can also provide virtual show rounds of the EcoStudio, on request for those who aren’t based nearby. We can also send samples of materials, such as SPC lux and Eco Clad out to you on request, in colour options of your choice.

Yes, a member of our team would come out to your home to discuss your EcoStudio Garden Building requirements. The project manager would bring samples of our materials, including the ground screw, SPC lux flooring and Eco Clad. Site visits are chargeable, but the cost is deducted off the initial deposit.

Yes – we can carry out a virtual site survey for those further afield.

We can accommodate a date that is convenient for you, and we can take bookings up to a year in advance.

Yes, of course. We can add as many as you may wish to provide different areas within the same EcoStudio.

You chose whether you would like an internal door or not, you can have internal or external access or both!

Absolutely – so long as there is space, we can position these exactly where you like them. This is the same for the doors.

Yes of course. We can create as many rooms as you would like, including kitchens and bathroom.

Yes, as standard we provide the electrical package and wire these to a corner of the room, if you would like our electrician to run power cable, connect to supply, supply and commission consumer unit please advise, and we can arrange a quote for this.

Absolutely, we have a competent team who can offer all aspects of joinery, plumbing and electrics as well as ground works and decorating meaning you wont need to organize any other trades than ourselves.

As standard we include a smart panel wall heater with every Garden Room installation in a size to suit the dimensions of the building and in a colour of your choice.
