Base Requirements

Our team can install a fully treated, insulated timber base for your EcoStudio to sit on. All our bases include –

– Ground screw foundations with a life expectancy of 100 years!

– 5′ x 2′ FSC sourced, fully treated timber frame.

– Joist hangers.

– Fully insulated with EcoQuilt Expert Multifoil Insulation.

– Decking facia for the perfect finish.

* We can carry out groundworks to level the area where your Garden Room will be installed prior to install if required.

Do You Require A Base?*

If the ground is soil, grass or similar, we will need to install an insulated treated timber base. We want your Garden Studio to last so its important your base is built 100% flat and level. The ONLY time a base will not be needed will be if you have had a concrete pad installed specifically for your EcoStudio.
